"This is the most worthless insurance agent in the country. I paid for a policy to cover my motorcycle and they did not send me the policy number and effective dates. Spent 2 hours at the DMV for registration and it never happened because of this. In addition, the folks at this office do not know what insurance they sell. Not a brain cell can be found at this office. 0.000001% of a star is not offered otherwise that would be my rating selection."

"Worst insurance company to go with! Switched to Joanna Booths office a year ago. We have not had any claims, accidents or speeding tickets since having them and every 6 months our insurance has gone from $150 a month to almost $200. When I asked about this, I was told that ALL State Farm insured are put into a pool and that it's just the luck of the draw. So no matter if you are a safe driver or horrible driver, everyone is paying for other people's accidents. That is NOT legal. Then when we finally made a claim for roof damage due to the storms we have had here in NM, they did NOT have our backs and penny pinched the whole claim. They no longer make the shingles for our roof repairs but we're told to use similar shingles, which wouldn't match or last long and would diminish our property value. By far the WORST company to go with for your insurance needs. I will NOT reccomend anyone to go with State Farm, as they will NOT cover you when it's needed, but will charge you up the bum montly."
